5 Move Kettlebell Workout

Grab a kettlebell and get to work with this effective 5 movement workout. This is a full body workout, aimed at being quick, efficient and functional. Kettlebell workouts have a ton of benefits such as, Improving mobility, they allow you to combine strength and cardio workouts, they are the ideal tool for the “At Home” Athlete. 

300 Rep Workout

This workout is named for the 300 cumulative reps you perform in a circuit of 6 total exercises broken into 50 rep sets. It’s a fairly simple but by no means easy workout that tests your muscular endurance and cardio respiratory fitness, which makes it perfect if you want to test your gains in a Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, or other endurance challenge.

The goal is to complete this workout with minimal to no rest if possible. Let’s go warriors!
