    I started following Michael on IG and became addicted to his content. His exercises are unique and efficient. I bought the program and I’ve been able to lose 40lbs with a few more pounds to go. The workouts are fun, but still challenging. I didn’t think I’d be able to hit my fitness goals but it worked. I’ve also become more disciplined and focused in both the gym and life. This program is def worth the money.

    This course definitely helped me step up my calisthenics game and gave me the foundation to advance in my explosive power training. It was extremely easy to follow and the videos provided detailed step by step instruction on how to perform exercises safely and properly. And as a bonus, I shed down body fat and added lean muscle to my physique within weeks of following the program. Loved it and highly recommend it to everyone at any level of fitness.
