I created the Body and Burn course for those like myself that could use a roadmap to get started in reaching their ultimate fitness potential, as well as for higher-level athletes that thrive off of the challenges of the advanced movements in this course. This course definitely helped me step up my calisthenics game and gave me the foundation to advance in my explosive power training. It was extremely easy to follow and the videos provided detailed step by step instruction on how to perform exercises safely and properly. And as a bonus, I shed down body fat and added lean muscle to my physique within weeks of following the program. Loved it and highly recommend it to everyone at any level of fitness.
