I still remember the first day I started my journey. I had no guidance but I had heart. I wanted something different for myself.
I wanted to feel and look better. And at first it wasn’t easy but I promise you this. I didn’t quit. I pushed on with everything I have. I honestly have never been in a better place, I feel strong, confident, and most importantly healthy!
So remember this. You are not alone.
I’m here to give you daily guidance to get you on the right path so you can feel like I do. I will be your coach, your friend, your teammate but only if you have the will to put in the work. Now let’s go!

Why am I Creating These Programs?

I am creating these programs because I want you to realize how much your body is really capable of when you teach it.

You might be 40 lbs. overweight, too skinny, or just struggling to get over a plateau… I struggled with all of those in my life.

My goal is to help you realize that you are capable of achieving all your fitness goals when you focus on the right things.

I Love Switching Things Up

So people often ask me “what’s the point of my workouts?” My response is normally “because I have the time of my life.” I changed my life and I want to help you do the same.

Some programs will be bodyweight only, some programs will include conventional training, and some will include unconventional training using a variety of tools.

You can reach your goals, you just need to teach your body how to do it.

THE ELEMENTS OF BUILDING YOUR PHYSIQUE

After being in the fitness industry for over 6 years, I’ve found that there are only 4 things a person needs to focus on when trying to build their physique.

It is the foundation of which of my workouts are built on.

Most people keep the same shape for years because they never switch things up. In this stage, you will learn how to properly add variety to your training, so you can build muscle, gain strength, and burn fat more efficiently
This is the stage about building your foundation. If you do not acquire true strength, then forget about trying anything advanced.
Throughout your training, you’ll need to consume a healthy amount of protein, carbs, and fats depending on your goal and the amount of work you plan on doing that day.
This stage is about showing you how to properly gain tremendous power and explosiveness by focusing on the “power source” of your body.

There will be 6 workouts each week using Sunday to rest.
Yes, the less you know about working out, the less resistance you’ll have about doing the different exercise that advanced people may ignore. You’ll see amazing results if you just follow the program.
Each workout is no longer than 30-45 mins.
It’s all based on which program you choose, but usually 3-5 workouts per week.
You’ll begin feeling different in the first week. In the first 30 days, you’ll begin seeing your body change.
